Made the appt for both of my cars on the phone for the same time. When I arrived they split the cars and assigned 2 advisors. I just wanted to deal with 1. Instead I had one and my wife had a different one. He said they don't book 2 for the same time..if true why didn't they say that when I made the reservation.

This is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle for inspection due to the loud squeaking sound it makes when I back up. Both service advisors dismissed my concerns, claiming the vehicle is fine and that the issue isn’t related to the brakes. I’m aware that this is a common problem with newer Toyotas, but I’m frustrated that nothing has been done to resolve my issue.
