Well had to bring it in 2 days later for the same exact problem. “Hybrid System Failure”. Turned out it was the 12 volt battery negative post loose. As I wrote in the previous review you requested, this should have been checked at the very beginning because the battery needed a jump start every time. How about adding this procedure to troubleshooting this exact problem so you guys can wow the customer. I want to come back
