Jeffrey was great, but I have found that with an appointment at Northridge Toyota I end up waiting longer than any other dealership we used for service (I’m 74)over the years. This time it was 25 minutes after I arrived. Once I got to Jeffrey, it was great. But the waiting with an appointment seems chronic there. Vista Ford and Woodland Hills Honda are much more timely.
