In the multi point inspection I was notified that my car needed 2 repairs. I approved both of them. However, one of the repairs was not possible as it needed to be sent to the body shop and the other repair was more than 5 times the original estimate, so I ended up not getting it done, but I was still charged for that. Although the charge was added as a credit which would be applied in the future, it is still a dent in the pocket.
