Not interested in being called…will complete online survey. We are long time Northridge Toyota customers both for service and purchasing our last 2 cars there. The sub par treatment we left with today leaves us not desiring to return. Service personnel was not very helpful or explanatory. $500 for just routine maintenance is ridiculous…so we opted just to have oil change. We will take our services elsewhere where it doesn’t feel like gauging prices. Not impressed with the recent changes in service department.
