I only spoke with Anthony. He was exceptional, the first technician who seemed to just be throwing parts into a problem without checking for a root cause. That's who I have an issue with. Then the morning that it was supposed to be completed. He doesn't show up for work. I was told they have to find a second technician. That's when I was told that the motor had to have the top end rebuilt.
I don't have that kind of cash laying around so I had it towed home till I save enough money. I started talking to my friends who own toyotas and they are not believing that I need this kind of work done on the motor. My son in law has 3 and they all come in with over 150k , no problems. My audi got 248k miles before any motor work, so I was truelly expecting to get more. I always used Full synthetic motor oil every 5,000 miles, thanks , Jeff
