Not satisfied!!!! Terrible experience . When I called in to the service department to check if my car battery was still under warranty. The lady in the service department checked and said it was. She said 36,000 miles , 7 year warranty. So I took my car into the service department. After 2 hours of waiting I called in to check on the status. The man working on my car was busy with another customer and would call me back. I never got a phone call. 45 minutes later, now going on almost 3 hours… the man calls me and tells me my car battery is dead. And I need to pay 300 some dollars for a new one. I responded - that I knew it was dead and took it in since I was told the warranty would still cover it. The man told me some bogus story on why the warranty isn’t valid. Three hours of my day was wasted. I took my car somewhere else, 10 minutes later I had a new battery placed . Thanks Toyota for nothing and for wasting my time.

They wrote on my maintenance report that they couldn’t check my spare tire and battery because there were things in my trunk. I called Glen and asked if they could just move my stuff and even offered to come and get them. He said he would tell the team to just move them to other part of my car. When I took my car, I notice my things in the trunk were exactly how I placed them which means they didn’t check my battery or spare. And that Glen lied when I asked if they checked them. I only go here because it’s convenient but service wise…:/
