They constantly wanted to sell me services that I didn’t need. Also I checked the price of engine’s air filter online with other Toyota Dealer, Northridge toyota price was $53.**** and other dealer’s price was only $22.**** plus $5 shipping cost. You guys are shameless thieves. I won’t come back and won’t recommend this dealer to any friend or family. I hope they didn’t change any of good parts of my vehicle with a defected one to force me to buy a service on my next visit, which won’t happen. If we cannot trust the dealer, who should we trust? I bet they didn’t even the charge the engine oil.

I came in just to have a puntured tire replaced or repaired. It took 2.5 hours to tell me it had 2 nails amd needed to be replaced. No problem. Then it took another 1.5 hours to replace the tire. That's 4 hours spent at the dealership. I had to cancel 4 clients which cost me $500. I'll never come back to Northridge Toyota.
