The mechanic who inspected my car and identified the right front axel needing to be replaced was not correct. I found that hard to believe given that it is a Toyota with only 53,000 miles. I left the dealership and got a 2nd opinion. It was definitely NOT the axel. I’m disappointed that the service department attempted to scam me for $1,100.

At the booking of my appointment I requested Jeffery my regular service advisor because of a last bad experience with another service advisor. However when I pulled up to my appointment I was told Jeffery was out sick. I became active nervous at first because of a bad experience I had with a different service advisor, but it was different this time Noel was very helpful & kept me updated on status of my car. Now I know I have another good service advisor Noel just in case Jeffery is not available that day. Thanks for a good service!

I had to wait 25 minutes after I arrived, even though I had an appointment and arrived right on time at 10:00am Then I never got a call to say my vehicle was ready. I eventually called at around 4:30 and he said it’s been ready and that he must have called the wrong number. ( my number was correct on the receipt) then when I came to pick it up, he was nowhere to be found, another representative had to ring me up. No one gave me a run down on my vehicle.
