Noel has been my service advisor since my first service, and he has always been helpful and honest. He always tells me up front what to expect for the cost and time and is generally spot on with both. He’s a good face to the dealership and company, because I know that the next time I buy a car there, I will be dealing with him for years. His is a much more important position than a sales person I’ll never see again, and I hope he is rewarded for being a good representative.

I was told that my front left tire was leaking and needed to be replaced because it can not be fixed. When I took the car to the tire place, they cant even find any leak on the said tire. I felt very disappointed with the service manager’s recommendation and sad with being given an inaccurate advise. For the first time my trust has diminished and am not sure anymore if the services that are being recommended are truly necessary. I feel totally betrayed.
