It took almost a week to address issue with middle removable seat in my Toyota Sienna. But the worst thing is that it appears that middle row seating wasn't reassembled properly and requires more repairs. New defect doesn't seem to be related to the original issue.
I was well informed about the process and cause of delays. Staff I interacted with was professional, polite and efficient. I was even given a courtesy car at no cost, but to me quality of actual repair matters more than overall 'nice' experience.
The frustrating and unprofessional part was that I was given back a car that was supposed to be functioning properly but it wasn't. It looked like no one bothered to check if middle row seats slide and recline (it was related to work being done). I learned about malfunction right after coming back home.

Consultant is not really helpful regarding the package service. I bring up the price with longo toyota was $239.88 BS with Northridge Toyota $279.00.
I ask them to compete the price but they refused to do that. However it show on the website they will compete the price. That is not a good business model. I will not come back again.
Noel who is helping me also ask me not to come back if I am not happy with his service.
