Could not find my extending warranty because it’s not in your system which is ridiculous. Trevor was able to go to someone more senior and worked out that it was JMA. Gave me that info and phone. Very stress producing when I first got there spending 15 mins checking in because of this issue.

I took my vehicle because inwas told I had a warranty on my battery full covered after I was advised it would need to be replaced. I go in only to be told by the advisor I am not and I have to pay. Which was a complete waste of my time because I never would have never brought it in if I was told this prior. This isn't the first time I've been met with unprofessionalism from from this center. This vehicle had its oil filter left loose after the previous oil change I took it too which cost me time and effort to fix myself. Overall very disappointing to have to take my cat to this service center.
