I dealt with Noel he couldn’t be more professional gave me the estimates. They did everything in a timely matter and I wouldn’t have gone to Toyota without having a warranty which I don’t have anymore but I know that you guys are very honest and trustworthy with my car. Thank you so much.

The service department failed to tightened the screw to secure the cylinder connected to the new lid for the engine air filter. This was probably the reason why the unit was damaged in the first place. Luckily, I checked before driving away or it would have come loose again & stall my car in the middle of traffic. Big safety issue!!! I asked Anthony to have the service department fix the issue. He was not particularly pleased that I complained.

Please remove the previous sticker reminder and not just sticking the new one on top of it. Obviously it’s laziness because how can you missed that there was an existing sticker on the windshield when it was placed exactly on top of it. Its is not that hard to remove.
