Employee was not very friendly. Had a passive aggressive attitude and when I asked for a loaner laughed and said “we dont do that here” he asked “where have you gotten a loaner?” I said bob smith and he said “were not bob smith” Like I should have known that kind of service isn’t provided by Toyota.
