I had an appointment at 9am. They told me that in the service, they would only do tire rotation but they denied the oil change. With such services, it lasted 3 hours. I understand if i was told there were too many cilents but that wasnt the case. At 12:03 pm, the car was released. They told me to wait 2 minutes, but after 45 minutes, I had to talk to the advisor. I asked him what was going in with my car because it was stationed at the front but I wasnt told anything about what was occuring.
