After recently transferred to Toyota Northridge from La Crescenta Toyota after being with them for nearly 20 years, I am hoping to make Northridge Toyota my new home. So far I have been very impressed. Anthony is very sensitive to my requests and needs and doesn't push me to do beyond my means for repair. He is very accommodating and respectful.
I am also impressed with the waiting area and the coffee options
that are provided. However, I was very disappointed that of all the options of exotic drinks you have, the basic decaf was not an option. Wow. So basic and not available. I would think if I was to spend $7000 in repair, while waiting, decaf would be a very basic ask... oh, it's so trivial but it made an impression... please consider it.
