She indicated that I requested to have the tire pressure light checked which I did not. I wrote this on the work order while I was reading it. She was also rushing for me to sign right away. Which I’m was very rude. After checking my invoice when I got home, I was charged $21.50 the tire light inspection. I am disputing this amount and I should be given credit. I never want to deal with this person again. I don’t know why you hired someone like her to deal with customers. She’s incompetent.

I will be reaching out to Tim Valdivia. I had a situation back in December that Tim was working with me on regarding new tires and turning a bad situation into a positive one. Today I went to get new tires and an alignment done and Jeffrey was the person handling this in the office. I had an appt at 715 am to get this done and shared with Jeffrey once he came out around 730. That I had work and how long it would take for this. I was told around and hour to hour and half. Around 840 I ask for an update from Jeffrey and was told it was almost done. Maybe 30 more min. At 920 I again came for an update and was told he hasn't gotten any responses from mechanic. At this point being there over 2 hrs I was bothered by this. Jeffrey told me he go and check but I saw him taking in another customer this making me wait longer for update. At this point he told the vehicle was finishing up around 940. The car came out around 950. Once went to pay, although Jeffrey gave me the promotion toyota was having, he failed to honor another discount that Tim put on my invoice. This had to do with he situation caused by them in December. I asked why and was told he could not do both. I appreciate the promotion being honored but he should have honored what the other advisor specifically put in my invoice..no questions asked and now given the inconvenience of time and causing me to be late to my job. I felt was unprofessional and felt Jeffrey didn't try to make anything better or give reassurance to honor what I was told. I expect more as a customer and from an advisor coming from a respected car company. Ask I said I'll be reaching out to Tim.

However I’m not sure about the techs. My car was last serviced at Northridge Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation but this time they said that I had a stripped bolt Lug nut on my left rear wheel.. I’m almost certain that it was stripped at your store. I paid for the repair anyway.

I recently had a customer service experience that left me extremely dissatisfied. The advisor, Heidi Buchanan, displayed a nonchalant attitude, making me feel unwelcome. Despite advocating for myself and explaining that I had paid for a service or warranty that typically covers my maintenance, it seemed like she didn't want to address my concerns.
Things took a frustrating turn when her supervisor had to intervene and clarify that my profile indicated coverage under JMA, which usually covers my maintenance. This only worsened the situation, as I sensed irritation from the advisor.
Additionally, there was a lack of communication regarding the service timeline. I wasn't informed about the approximate wait, and when the service extended beyond 3 hours, I received no call or update. This lack of transparency left me feeling neglected and frustrated.
To add to the disappointment, I wasn't provided with a summary of findings or a discussion about the services performed. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope improvements can be made to enhance future customer interactions.
