Rude customer service. I saw my car ready, parked outsiide si I tried to inquire aboit it, and I was approached by the customer service person qnd started yelling at me, in frit of the other employee: “you have to be patient, you have to be patient, and besides, you came withoit an appointment”
I just walked away.

I love the convenience and customer service at NR Toyota. My only issue was that I purchased my 2021 Highlander Hybrid less than a year ago ( at another dealership)and was informed by Joe that it was in need of some maintenance prior to buying it. That means Toyota sold me a car they knew was in need of maintenance. From now on I can’t trust that Toyota will sell me a car in need of maintenance. Not cool Toyota
