This is really ridiculous. I spent fifty thousand dollars buying a car from you, and then I brought it in for service only to find a screw stuck in the tire. You didn’t even bother to remove it or fix the issue. How much could that possibly cost you? I genuinely regret coming to you to buy a car. This is not how customer service should be handled—this is just plain shameful.

Peter was very patient in providing me the details about the process the service department takes regarding my battery concerns. He also made sure I understood what would be done to my vehicle before I went home.
