One of my caps was not put back on my driver's side front ture when airing up my tires. I will be swinging by in the next couple days to get my cap back.

3 hours for an oil change is far and above the time to do an oil change. I wasted my afternoon waiting. I could see 2 hours on the long side but 3???? Yes your company was busy but service times like that. You won't be busy for long. My husband will only do service at a Toyota dealership but they're are others.
