My car battery was replaced end of October 2024. I dont believe it should have gone dead the first week of January. AAA jumped my car and ran a diagnostic which said the battery was bad however NT analysis said it was not. I'm not really OK with the explanation I'm hopeful that the battery doesn't die again especially if it put me in harms way. The list of "recommended" services I was given seemed like an opportunity to hit me up for more money. Not feeling good about the interaction.

I'm just living out here until I buy a new home. I sold something in Marina del Rey and the Marina del Rey Toyota washes your car so I just assume that you guys did also... it wasn't really wash they just spray it off and so I'm just suggesting that maybe you offer that same service i I really want Toto your customers
