Alex informed me of a critical issue with my tires. Because my tires are not standard Toyota could not replace them for me. He suggested that I reach out to other tire centers that may have my tires In stock. His concern solidified why I get my cars serviced at Toyota Northridge. When I went to pick up my vehicle he wanted to make sure that I had an appointment somewhere to replace my tires.y tires were not in grave condition but there was a shorter time period on them. Thank Alex for keeping me safe

If there are things to be fixed, I wish they would call to let me know to see if something we can take care of while my car is there. They also parked my car under a tree or something because it is completely covered in bird droppings everywhere. Not great.

Dear Northridge Toyota Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service experiences at your dealership. During my last visit, a tire lug nut was broken due to what appears to be a misreading during the tire rotation process. I was then presented with an unexpectedly high charge for both parts and labor to fix what should have been a simple, routine maintenance service. Furthermore, during my most recent visit, my battery was not connected properly, and it seems that a thorough diagnosis of my vehicle was not conducted upon its return. As a result, my head unit was returned in a non-functional state. I was also shocked to see an exorbitant labor charge for the replacement of the cabin air filter—a relatively inexpensive part that I believe should be covered under the Platinum TSA, although the managers at this branch may disagree. I have always trusted Toyota for reliable service and quality, and these repeated issues have significantly undermined my confidence in your service department. I kindly request that you review my case and address these concerns promptly. I am hopeful for a resolution that reflects the high standards associated with the Toyota brand.
