I came in for a 50000 mile service. Basically oil change and inspection. The last time I did this the cost was $110.50. Now you charge $170.50 Todd unsold me on flushing my break fluid. (Said it was recommended by Toyota. I check my service maintenance log book and it is not recommended) $159.00 Toyota unsold me on fuel additive and that is not recommended in Toyota manuals. $18.28 Toyota also charged $18.73 to clean my battery. Was not needed. So I have been very happy with the service at Toyota. I understand there is new ownership. Unless you make this right, you have lost a loyal customer. ****-****-xxxx

Tod is accommodating and informative. He’s always understanding, getting my car back to me quickly before kids pick up for school. My only suggestion would be to bring back shuttle service. I put off taking my car in for so long because finding a way to and from the dealership and all day at work without a car, is just about impossible

Tod spoke with me on the phone the day before he scheduled my RAV4 service appointment. Yet when I arrived on the service day, he seems unprepared as to the required service actions which he and I had discussed the day before. He also appeared aloof and unwelcoming (as if he didn't want to be bothered). However, Tod appeared more friendly when I picked up my vehicle once the service was completed.
