For the most part I was satisfied with the service I received during my appt and my service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. Here are the comments I have for your team:
1) General Srvc pricing (oil change, fluid chk, rotation, etc.) seemed a little higher than I’d been used to, but could be a difference between Portland, OR and SB markets.
2) The pricing to replace the cabin filter seemed a bit high—I think it was quoted at $65, but those filters are not that expensive and labor wise takes about 5-10 mins.—I know since I did it myself after the visit.
3) Appreciate the srvc team replacing my wipers—bought them previously from your parts depts. amd know this isn’t a typical item on the General Srvc bundle.
4) Still questioning why there was more brake dust on my front wheels vs. the rear after a tire rotation, but Alex seemed confident that the wheels had been moved.
5) Parts Dept was really courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable when I asked about parts to add in a rear view camera system to our 2008 Sequoia.
