I had you change the thermostat but it still runs hotter. I will contact you about diagnosing the fan clutch.

Service writer was less than professional when I dropped my car off. Instead of complaining that I and most he'd checked in that morning didn't have appointments he could gave shown more compassion & understanding. My engine light came on over the weekend while traveling & I did not want to ruin my engine so I took it in Monday morning. I didn't have any way to make an appointment on a weekend. I just felt his attitude was unprofessional & perhaps he can benefit from customer service & sensitivity training.

I just purchased a Buick Encore in St Louis less than a month ago and I already had an oil leak.
