I pulled in for my oil change at 10:21 and did not leave the dealership until 11:56. The guy the sita closest to the door was great to work with. I just feel it shouldn't take that long for a scheduled oil change.

No need to contact. I paid $103 for an hours worth of in depth investigation into what my problem is only to be told. "We are unsure. We can try X at a cost of $2200 but no guarantees that will fix it". I knew that from my visit last Friday. I expected that additional resources like opening a TAC case with Chevrolet with a recording of the noise would have been performed as discussed last week. I specifically took my car to Chevrolet expecting a higher level of technician and analysis than I could get from my regular mechanic and was let down. Lesson learned
