Dustin was great to work with!!! He kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and is very knowledgeable about all the services and procedures Riley offers, he had no problem answering my questions. I asked them to take a look at my rotors because of a vibration, he said they needed to be replaced and he recommended replacing my brake pads while they had the wheels off because they were getting worn, I didn't hesitate taking his recommendation because I trust what Dustin says.
