Rosean provided the level of service that repsents a company well. All the qualities you desire for your customers to be satisfied and to draw in new customers.
However, I spent two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This was not acceptable. I was on time for early appointment. Should have been done in 45 minutes tops.
