I had an emergency (while on vacation) as I hit a curb and my tire was ruined. The tire immediately went down & the dashboard sensor alerted me to take vehicle a dealership for service and repair. When I called the
young lady immediately seemed concerned, asked the right questions and I was told to “bring the vehicle in & we will take care of you”. And, that’s just what happened. Rosean updated me periodically about the status of my vehicle, professional and made sure I was calm and comfortable while waiting. Within two hours, I was in/out back on the road enjoying my vacation in Williamsburg, VA.
