The entire staff spoke and were very nice and helpful and let me know exactly how more longer they would be with my car. I would be bringing my car back in the near future.

Called Friday to have leased Sentra looked at the brake ignition switch. I specifically asked the advisor to check to see if part was on-hand. After checking they advised yes, they have them on hand. Roll the clock forward on Saturday, diagnostic completed and I was advised the switch needs replaced, OK, when will my car be ready? I was told Monday or Tuesday. I asked what happened to the part that was available Friday. No response. So my point is, I wouldn’t have brought my car in to Priority if there was no part on hand. So I was out a car from Saturday thru Tuesday to wait for a switch. Obviously, this did not make me happy customer. Thank You Dave F
