Excellent job by Kaeley. I know (and probably Kaeley does too) that I don't agree with the way some things are done now-like charging a diagnostic fee to check brakes. 1) the person who checked me in told me it would only take an hour. i even asked him if he was sure, because I didn't have time and would come back later. he said yes you'd have it done in an hour. I don't think you guys even started working on my vehicle until an hour had passed.
2) once again you tried to get more money out of me. this time it was $25 to patch my tire. I feel like that's at least $10 too much for that service. I just feel like everytime i visit you, you try to rip me off. It's really left me with a bad feeling every time.
