Mario was amazing! The other person I first spoke with said my appointment was never scheduled but he could still get me in but I would have to wait possible 2 and a half hours for my car. I was pretty upset to say the least. I was going to leave and saw Mario and told him what happened and he got me next in line for an oil change and I was out within the hour. While I was there he seemed to be the only one hurrying around! He has always taken good care of me and that is the only one I will stick with!!
