First of all, Hector was fantastic and the service was great. However, when I arrived for my appointment there was a Fed Ex truck parked in the middle of the service entry and and another vehicle parked next to it completely blocking the entry. In order to get out of the street and avoid oncoming traffic I had to turn towards the service exit lane nearly getting hung up on the huge dip between the street and the entry and significantly scraping the front end of my previously unblemished 2004 Corvette. Unless you are trying to generate more service work by damaging cars upon entry, this is completely unacceptable. For a dealership that sells Corvettes it is mind boggling. I would be embarrassed if this were my business.

My Tahoe interior was completely covered in a thick layer of dust! WTH! I had just recently detailed the interior, now even the vents are full of dust! Also, how did my Tahoe end up with 23 more miles on it? My tires are all dusted up, like someone drove it off road! I appreciate the fast turn around and customer service was great but I’m so disappointed with how filthy my car was left! It seems like the windows were left down all day…??????????? Grease all over my center console… greasy steering wheel… grease smudges on my door… really!!
