We had an appointment at least one in advance for replacing front brake. Knowing how hard it is to get parts, I wish they would have been ordered in advance. They had to find the parts on the day of our service appointment. Everything thing else about staff and service were good.

Service customer guy was good.
Only issue was my steering wheel felt grimy, so I wiped it. It was **** filthy with, I assume grease. It took 5 wet wipes to clean it. Still wasn’t as clean as when I brought it in.
Other than that, all good.
