After my wife left the dealership, she started noticing a very weird and loud sound coming from her engine. I drove the vehicle for a little while and noticed when going above 30th and when you gas it to go faster the engine sounds horrible. I pulled over and looked under the hood to find the air box completely open. Who ever looked at the air filter under the hood never even attempted to close it back.
