My mom called multiple times to try to get an appointment so that I could get a new key because the auto lock on my key went out. During the first call, she was told by a salesman that only one key was in stock and it would be held for me. On the second call to try to get an appointment, she was told by a worker that they could not provide us with Mardi Gras holiday hours. On the third call, we were given a 1 PM appointment on the day before Mardi Gras-one of my few days off since I am a teacher.I drove 30 minutes to get to the appointment to be sent into the lobby. I was put waiting for 20 minutes to be told, “I am sorry, but I don’t have a key for you.” As a sales rep, Matthew could have told us this before giving me the appointment to program the key. I am now continuously getting text messages from Honda Lafayette, none of which have anything to do with the key that I am still in need of.
