Mr. Michael was amazing and I would absolutely work with him again. However, the services that I had done on my car should have taken roughly 3 hours, maybe 4. I had a 9am appointment and didn't leave with my car until 5:44pm, because of the technicians. Maybe have them work on their time management skills better
