First of all I never met this person Michael that you mentioned. The work on my car is satisfactory, but it took 42 days to repair my car. Not happy with that in meantime had to pay for a rental out of my pocket because the person that sold me the car said I had coverage thru Toyota, then I was told that it was not covered through Toyota.

I’m not sure yet if I’m satisfied with the service rendered depending on how my car runs in the coming days, weeks , months but I can say this when I went to get in my car its was DIRTY. Plastic cover for the seat and paper used during the service were left in the car even a disposable plastic cap. Bad service. Not happy at all. Could’ve done better with the discount since I had to cancel my doctor’s appointment because the work wasn’t done on time as promised.
I hope the mechanic did his job competently and I will not have any problems relating to what was done to my car today in the near future.

Every time I go there it takes way too long to just have a service maintenance for a vehicle that has 29,000 miles on it. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I know I wasn’t the only one in that situation but that is way too long. Next time I will not accept a car wash on the outside if that means making it longer but I have gone there and it’s been the same thing without a car wash that is something that needs to be worked on. I understand if it’s troubleshooting and trying to find things that are a problem out I get that other than that everything was great.

The service department seems to care less about customers vehicles.
I keep my car in pristine condition inside and out and after I picked it up I noticed there were scuff marks from shoes all over my door panels and pretty much anywhere else someone’s feet would be around, grease and oil from shoes were all over my lower door jam as well.
It **** that after a simple service I would have to go home and clean up behind someone due to their lack of professionalism.
As a customer one shouldn’t have to check behind a company after receiving a service to make sure they didn’t mess anything up.
My opinion- after a service is done on a vehicle the company should take it upon themselves to inspect and give back the vehicle in better condition then how they received it.
