The 1st service person couldn't find my appt. I asked manager for a different Associate because he was rude. Told me to go inside and set an appt. Told him put me in for service as a drive in. Asked for manager. Manager found my appt and said he would get someone to help. Went and got an apple and ate it. Never sent anyone. Young lady came out and I told her I needed help. She got someone. When I pulled I told them I needed my tire air pressure check. I had a rotation and air pressure checked. Today 1 day later front AP 31, rear 29 other 30. Since they obviously didn't check the pressure how do I know they rotated the tires. Never treated like this at Palm Beach Toyota

Timothy made the service process easy from the time I drove up to the time I received my car back. He had everything ready in the time he said. Great service. I’ve read some negative online reviews but I have never experienced anything negative each time I brought my car in. Even the sales manager I spoke with was courteous and listened to me. He was not pushy or arrogant like some others I’ve encountered at other dealerships. Very good all around experience.
