As a 4th Bev Smith Toyota vehicle owner, I've highly recommended in the past years and most recently for example family, Maria & Felix Asencio Bev Smith Toyota's "2021" owners of a RAV4 LE and friends, Isreal & Jen Cosme leased/owner's of a Highlander, as well as many other's to Bev Smith Toyota to purchase and also have their Toyota's or other makes and models owned schedule appointments for service with Kim whom since Day 1 is on my MVP list of Bev Smith Toyota's Gifted Professionals in our Public Relations Industry conducting business one on one being an amazing asset to Bev Smiths Service Department. She has and continues to conduct supply, demand and production of high standards as well as one of her colleagues whom l have emailed over a year ago explaining the following of which in this survey text states "...You should receive a survey in the next couple of days..." above "Your comments:" and did not being able to address in writing as per this survey text or in person to Frank Gonzalez whom is Toyota's Corporation #1 Business Owner's Gem of our Treasure Coast promoting Toyota's televised in commercials, as well as operational in person at Bev Smith Toyota towards outstanding peak performance production level l've encountered since residing in St Lucie County. Frank Gonzalez has Steve Giglio whom is one of his Dealership's main focus prospering as one of our Treasure Coasts exemplary business performance high in demand and rare to come by every year growing with Toyota as a Professional to present of over 40 plus years with Toyota. From the moment a customer enters Bev Smith Toyota's outdoor or indoor property, being welcomed and accommodating everyone with answers to their questions as many have experienced throughout the years and l again was most recently closing on a purchase of a new 2021 Venza. Steve Giglio said, "you may be impressed when viewing the new 2021 Venza" as a Salesperson would comment, referring me to as he explained about his colleague Joe Leri Bev Smith Toyota's Salesman whom he felt with Joe's accolades and mega years with Toyota as Steve, l would most likely be impressed viewing the Venza with Joe one late evening before Bev Smith Toyota's closing time, instead of viewing other vehicles elsewhere the next day being l was uncertain if so of what new 2021 Toyota or other Make and Model l would be seriously considering to purchase. Purchase and maintaining Servicing are a package deal especially after purchasing a vehicle to maintain Toyota's known popularity of high performance standards with a Service Master Diagnostic technician whom becomes "like Family or Friend". Being fortunate to have been introduced to again, 40 plus years tenure with Toyota and mega years present to date as Bev Smith Toyota's Master Diagnostic Technician Steve Giglio is a Blessing. l was referred to Steve Giglio over 2 years ago from not only one customer l had met in the Service Department Waiting room in 2019. I also was informed as well by employees also explaining the same as customers how they would have not only their Toyota's, they would also have their other make and model vehicles in their family serviced only by Steve Giglio. I walked the Service Waiting Room reading plaques mounted on a wall of which confirmed what l was informed as l viewed and read noticing Steve Giglio's plaque awarded as Master Diagnostic Technician and since November 2019 have had my 3rd and 4th vehicles purchased at Bev Smith Toyota thankful for him confirming with intellectual knowledge of performance, style, mechanics of how Toyota's are built from the inside and out (of which my first time vehicle owned was a 1975 Toyota Celica at the age of 16) continue to be #1. I don’t understand why when you take a car in and perhaps they have to disconnect airplay, why they don’t hook it back to where they found it. Now I will have to figure out tomorrow how to reset it, or even have to call for help. Kevin did okay. He kept me in the loop with Text messages.

Excellent service however they were not able to troubleshoot the flapping sound under the passenger side of vehicle. Since I had just had a heart attack 2 weeks prior I was unable to wait any longer, will have to make another appointment to complete the work.
