Tyler did a great job diagnosing what was wrong, which was the service dept did not properly attach my hub caps after my oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks ago. Need to tell your techs to pay more attention before they send the cars back out to the owners.

Nothing Aaron did, but he passed the ticket off to others. Somewhere there was miscommunication because as you can see on my ticket I complained the vehicle shook and shuddered and vibrated at 70+ mph. After paying $5500+ for the repairs and looking at my vehicle while still outside the Service Area I confirmed with another of your staff the compass was not calibrated. I lost my Stereo Presets which indicated the battery was disconnected at some point. They said I can drive around in circles to recalibrate it. Interesting. Then I noticed under the hood my Mass Airflow Sensor is missing some spacers/washers and asked the SA if it was seated properly? He told me they were going home for the day and I can drive 15 miles back up there the next day to get it looked at. I noticed when I picked up car my odometer read 193688. What's funny is that my car had that Mileage on it when I brought it in. It now has 193707 now that I am home. 19 mile drive. Before I came I received a call that my car is ready and all my issues have been fixed. On the way home? Soon as I hit 70+ mph, the car is shaking and vibrating just as it did before. I was informed there would be some kind of tire inspection, balance inspection etc to see if that is the culprit. Well exactly when would quality assurance have been completed seeing that my vehicle had literally no additional mileage on it? Did someone even bother to drive my vehicle to see if the issue had been fixed? They did not. Because it is 1 8 miles from your dealership to Midway then another 5.3 miles just to even get to I-95 where you could actually hit 70mph to even see if the "fixes" actually fixed the issue. Not to mention additional mileage getting back to the dealership. I specifically told Aaron, I DO NOT want to jump to the expensive stuff until the smaller Items have been checked first. This apparently slipped through the cracks. I need to know. Exactly what was fixed using $5,500+ of my money? My OBD 2 shows no codes which is great, real-time engine stats look great, but come on! The vibration is still there, the compass is still not calibrating like it did, and the Mass Airflow Sensor is missing the rubber/plastic grommets/washers. Would like to be called to come in and have this actually resolved.
