When a customer is waiting, even if he asks for an appraisal, lay off the hard sell- you guys were doing so well; I was enjoying going to dealership. I know sales people have to make a living, but when the HEAVY pressure comes on, I try to be polite, AND I don’t like being asked, “ Are you just a tire kicker?” by an angry child/salesman- Rodney F

I have been to Bev Smith Toyota several times. The first was after breaking down off of I95. It ended up being a recall issue that was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I had also had a squeak that was driving me crazy and I had 5 different shops look at it with no progress. The guys at Bev Smith found my radiator was loose and took care of it. My last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. I want to stress that each person I interacted with treated me with nothing but respect and because of their professionalism, I have found my go to shop for all of my automotive needs. Each person I interacted with appeared to have customer service as their primary focus and it has made me a long term customer. Excellent all the way around. I only wish I had taken down names in order to have them for this survey. Outstanding job!!! Thanks for being mindful and contributing some peace into your customer’s lives.
