Pablo was extremely passive aggressive. He referred to my services for my car as a “laundry list” and become irritated when I told him I was just there for the oil change and that we could talk about recommended services when I came back to get my car. When I told him he could tell me later about the recommended services he stated that I was stopping him from doing his job and that I should take my car else where to be serviced. I have never had a worse experience at Bev Smith Toyota than today. I hope Pablo learns to be more compassionate in the future especially towards a recent college graduate that does everything by herself. Everyone deserves kindness!
