My husband passed away 2 months ago and you send a message that he had his car in for service yesterday. Now you want a review. I find this very upsetting and disturbing. I talked to someone yesterday and was told I would not receive any more messages. You need to get your act together. I am disgusted with this company. How did my dead husband bring his car which has been sold to CarMax to your facility for service yesterday?
