Brought our vehicle in on Friday at 3:30 for 4 things , 1 of which being an oil change . From Friday all the way until Tuesday they had our vehicle and when we called up we got the run around , they can't find our vehicle, there's no paperwork on it etc . Finally pick it up on Tuesday, and after getting paperwork see they never even did my oil change . We are very unhappy about the way we were treated and the work done/not done etc .

1st appt. 3/11. EV tech not working. Told to come back to 2nd appt. 3/13 promised a loaner as diagnostic to take 7 hours. 3/13 arrived at 7:50. Was told at 8:10 no loaner available. I took off specifically on 3/13 for appt. but scheduled other appointments throughout the day but without a loaner,I had to leave again without service performed. This has been unacceptable

I was not told my car payment. I had to ask and I’m still very confused about it because he said part of my I’m just very confused I’ve called the finance department all day and no one‘s ever returned my call. I need someone to really explain to me about my contract cause I don’t even know what my car payment is and they said that I had 137 that was going in a separate account to help people rebuild credit. I need someone to please go over my contract with me.
