I have nothjng nice to say about Joesph Stephens. I have had my vehicle there at the dealership since February 6th. I have tried calling for a month to get in touch with him or a human and could not do it. I had to go up there in person on March 20th to talk to him amd the service manager Tim. Which Joesph was short and rude with me. He told me the parts were on back order. Which was a lie and then not even 5 minutes later told me they've had the parts to repair my vehicle since December. They took my steering colon and dash apart. Said it was to fix my radiator. But yet it srill isn't repaired. 2 of my tires aee flat and i can't even lock my doors or pop the hatch. Its been at Bev smith kia for almost 2months

I went in for a recall, my engine was covered and they still managed to get $2800 from me. After reading many reviews online, it seems this is what is expected when taking your car here.
