The headlight assembly that was replaced the headlight was never adjusted so it angles down and not straight light the passenger side. So dangerous when driving at night/ the washer fluid cap was off and empty/ they forgot to replace the headlight light on the assembly thank god I checked it when I pick my car up/ I know it was the end of the day and they wanted to go home but if I had left and turned on my lights when it was dark it could of caused an accident. I sent $1237.33 on work done. Not happy!!!!

dropped off my car to get new key fob, ended up having my old key fob deactivated. Waiting an hour to be to be told it would be fixed right away, to then be told my car would be dropped off at my work place. While wiaitjng got my thumb slammed into a door with profuse bleeding and difficulty getting assistance with bandaid from staff. To only later be called and told that someone hit my car while in the hands and supervision of KIA. Really great service guys. Keep up the good work.
