He just didn't do as the ones I've had before. He didn't come in the waiting area to speak to me, he called me so I went out to him. He said I thought you'd left. I had a question about something, he got someone else to answer my question and address it. I'm not sure if he didn't know the answer or he just didn't want to be standing out there in the driveway. I've always had excellent relationship with my contacts there. It was just different this time.
I ask before about the tire bolt remover as I don't have one.. Never did. I was told they usually get some extras in and they'd let me know. That's been several months ago and I forgot to mention it this time.
