I told the service advisor that I had just had an oil change the the day before my service. Then an oil change showed up on my invoice. I didn't ask for that. But they did do the airbag recall and replaced an ABS sensor so I'm good with that. Still trying to figure out how my invoice ended up being $560. My bad since I also fell for the air and cabin filter replacement scam even though I had them replaced 5,000 miles ago. I'll think twice before I schedule another service appr.

I arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment for routine oil change/maintenance! At 4pm I asked about my vehicle and was then told it hasn’t been touched yet but was going to be the next one! I asked for my vehicle back and left. Then to get a text it was completed ! I will never come back. It has always taking a little bit but never like this! Several other customers were complaining also sitting there for hours!

Had appt at 1:30 - car wasn't seen till after 3:30... service manager frank was NOT helpful... operator Mia was very helpful but the service was terrible. Some waiting walked out. I bought my car and had it serviced with you for many years very disappointed and also wanted to know about my tires and battery for life program and when I'm due... I received multiple texts to remind me and confirm appt but there was no common decency to let us know you were running behind 3 hours - instead service manager was rude to my husband and never updated him. I had to call dealer manager who was unavailable (still waiting for a call back) and finally got to reception who put us in touch with service manager who finally helped. Cars were arriving and being seen before mine for hours. I have been a faithful owner. I hope this was just a bad day for all. Still waiting to speak with dealer manager to call me back ****-****-xxxx

3 hours for oil change and rotate tires and even though paperwork says tire pressure was checked all 4 tires had different pressure 28 psi,29psi, 30 psi 31 psi. None at recommended psi.
