We are disappointed with our recent experience with the outcome of our service repairs. We brought our car in for service to address a particular set of noises that we were hearing in the engine compartment. After extensive repairs were made a few weeks ago, brought the car home only to find new noises coming from the suspension area. These noises according to our technician today, are originating from the brakes which we feel is non sense and it ultimately resulted in an attempt to upsell us with new brakes.
We will get a second opinion from a competent mechanic and should he not concur with the findings of our honda technician, we will no longer trust Rock Honda for future automotive repairs.
On a side note, the service advisor (Maria Navarro) was very professional and attentive.

There seemed to be a shortage of people helping to pick up cars when dropped off. Also, I waited nearly 20 minutes for my car to be brought out from the back for me to drive home. Arthur was fantastic and went to get the car himself. I enjoyed working with Arthur - just something was going on with the efficiency of people moving vehicles.

My vehicle never had an oil leak prior to bringing it to your facilities...
vehicle has been parked for two hours and I have a puddle of oil below...
service technician told me that my drain plug was stripped I know firsthand it was never stripped before taking it to your facilities... Very unhappy with the outcome I believe the service technician that worked on the vehicle over torqued my drain plug or cross threaded it and that's why it's leaking..would like to know what you're going to do for me?
